According to the  magazine tehnopol.ro, the most requested map for GPS in 2009 is Romania Plus, launched in January 2009 by the manufacturer of GPS solutions Evolio.

Strengths software Romania Plus are: coverage of 100% of main roads in Romania, over 30% more streets from previous mapping and over 41,000 points of interest. For quick orientation in space, the map has a real three-dimensional navigation view by buildings and forms of relief.

Navigation systems Evolio has been enhanced this year by launching a new GPS device, Evolio E400R + Plus with Romania map preinstalled. Evolio E400R + has a wide screen of 4.3 inches, a GPS receiver and enhanced multimedia applications.
